Every station is priced completely all-inclusive: food, on-site chef and assistant, full live-cooking setup, service, cleanup, plates, napkins, and utensils. no hidden fees, no surprises. Minimum 20 guests, proudly serving all of Southeast Michigan with just a flat $75 travel fee if we’re going beyond Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, or Washtenaw counties (Grand Rapids, Lansing, Toledo — we come to you). Breakfast Buffet Action Station
Omelet Station – $28 per person
Fluffy farm-fresh organic eggs cooked to order with guest’s choice of fillings (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, turkey). Served with golden O’Brien hash browns and a colorful fresh Michigan fruit display. Vegan egg substitute available.
Big Breakfast Station – $28 per person
Crispy bacon, pork or turkey sausage, diced ham, scrambled organic eggs, O’Brien potatoes loaded with peppers & onions, plus a big fresh fruit platter. The classic that keeps everyone happy.
Quick Grab-and-Go Breakfast Station – $26 per person
Fresh bagels with flavored cream cheeses, buttery croissants, assorted muffins & danishes, steel-cut oatmeal, creamy grits, and individual fresh fruit cups. Perfect for early meetings or post-wedding send-offs.
Brunch Buffet Action Station
Deli Breakfast Sandwich Station – $32 per person
Made-to-order breakfast sandwiches on bagels, English muffins, or croissants (eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, turkey, or veggie patties). Served with granola parfaits, cottage cheese, and fresh fruit.
Pancake & French Toast Station – $32 per person
Fluffy pancakes and thick-cut French toast cooked live, topped with Michigan maple syrup, seasonal fruit compotes, and whipped butter. Choice of bacon, sausage, ham, or turkey on the side. (Vegan pancakes available.)
New England Brunch Station – $34 per person
Creamy Cajun shrimp & grits, toasted English muffins, organic eggs any style, flaky danishes, and a big fresh fruit display. A little South-meets-Midwest flavor that always gets raves.
Gourmet Sandwich Station – $32 per person
Build-your-own gourmet deli sandwiches (roast turkey, black forest ham, roast beef, veggie stacks) with jalapeño coleslaw, sweet Dijon potato salad, Cajun roasted potatoes, and fresh fruit.

Wild-caught Chilean sea bass, rubbed with bold Cajun spices and herbs, seared fresh on-site—sustainably sourced through Detroit-area seafood vendors for top quality. Includes your choice of starch and seasonal vegetables, delivering coastal flair right to your Midwest event.
Garlic Mint Lamb Crown Carving Station – $54 per person
Exquisite lamb crown marinated in olive oil, garlic, and fresh mint, seared to perfection and carved with precision. Available from specialty butchers in Ann Arbor and Detroit, accompanied by your selected starch and vegetables for a sophisticated, memorable centerpiece.
